Innovations required to succeed in today’s convenience services sector.
VendTech Technology is where equipment, software, and payments come together to support modern unattended retail.
We exist for operators—whether you’re just getting started or scaling a growing business. Everything we build is shaped by real-world use, tested in the field, and designed to make operations clearer, faster, and more connected.
We bring together the core components operators need to run and grow:
The goal is simple: reduce friction, increase visibility, and support better decisions day to day.
We are a team dedicated to the people behind the snacks. Through investment in our community, our partnerships, operators, and innovation, we are setting the global standard for unattended retail.

VendTech Technology is part of the broader VendTech International ecosystem, alongside Naturals2Go and regional operations.
That matters because we don’t just build technology — we use it too, we test it robustly, and then we make it available to you.
Our teams operate routes, manage locations, and test solutions in real environments before they ever reach customers. That “for operators, by operators” approach ensures everything we deliver is grounded in what actually works.
Unattended retail is evolving quickly. Operators are no longer choosing between vending, micro markets, or smart retail—they’re managing all of it.
VendTech Technology is built to support that shift:
We call it a complete approach because every piece is designed to work together.
Our team brings deep experience across engineering, payments, and operations—shaped inside the industries we serve.
Paul Ihn, VP of Product Strategy and Operations, has spent his career leading engineering and operations teams across manufacturing and vending. His background—from The Wittern Group to earlier leadership roles in industrial engineering—grounds our product strategy in what’s practical, scalable, and reliable.
Lewis Zimbler, SVP of Payments and Technology, brings over two decades of global experience in unattended payments and systems. As a founding executive of Nayax UK, he helped scale one of the most recognized cashless platforms in the industry. Today, he leads the continued development of VendTech’s payments, software, and connected technologies.
Together, the leadership team ensures that innovation stays aligned with what operators actually need—not just what’s possible.
We’re building toward a more connected future for unattended retail—one where operators have the tools, visibility, and support to grow with confidence.
That means continuing to evolve our ecosystem across:
Not as separate products—but as one system designed to work.
